Guides // Guest Services
Accounting
Northern Alaska Tour Company bookkeepers are responsible for the essential tasks of tracking revenue and expenses within our organization. Guest interaction in bookkeeping tends to be minimal.
Guest Services
Our Guest Service coworkers set the stage for our guests’ experiences from the reservation process thru when the guests leaves on one of our adventures. Guest Service coworkers assist in the preparation of tour outfitting, as well as direct coordination for the guests through check-in and orientations. Our Guest Service coworkers are the front-of-house for Northern Alaska Tour Company. This position requires a soulful and sincere personality to best connect guests to experiences that both meet their goals and exceed their expectations.
Guides
Northern Alaska Tour Company guides are high-energy individuals who are interested in sharing Alaska's Arctic with visitors from around the world. Guide positions are for those who genuinely love interacting with others and have a passion for providing an experience worth remembering to our guests.
Night Operations
Northern Alaska Tour Company's Night Operations crew consists of the coworkers that care for our tour vehicles and ensure that guests can have a comfortable and positive experience out on the rugged Dalton Highway. This behind-the-scenes crew consists of our mechanics that keep the vehicles running, and our cleaners who ensure that the guests have a clean environment to comfortably enjoy their day.
Purchaser / Expediter
The Northern Alaska Tour Company expediter is responsible for all supply-chain activities. This ranges from stocking office and tour supplies (both purchasing and expediting), to preparation and coordination on freight transportation.
